We'll more then likely go see it this weekend.
So far the buzz is good. My wife is interested. Maybe.
My problem is that I have a hard time suspending disbelief for Superman. His powers don't make sense to me.
I would.... but it's just hard to find time... I haven't seen X-Men, MI-III or any other summer movie yet...
I would go for the midnight show tonight but none of my friends are bums like myself and thus need to work on Wednesday.
I will probably see it, but as always only once it reaches DVD.
I am 50/50 on this one. DC characters never really caught my facination growing up for some reason, but if it is as well done as Batman Begins I might like it.

"Everyone knows that Superman is a being from another Planet, unburdened by the vastly weaker gravity of Earth. But not everyone understands how gravity affects strength! If you were on a world smaller than ours, you could jump over high buildings, lift enormous weights . . . and thus duplicate some of the feats of the Man of Steel!"

Astronauts who spend considerable time in the zero gravity of space need to constantly exercise or their muscles will start to atrophy. Sure, I guess you could say saving the world every other day counts as "exercise" but it seems that Superman would eventually go soft on Earth.
The early "jumping" Superman works for me but making him fly doesn't.
